Beach House / Unit 28 Lot 88 / multi level home / 8 person occupancy including children of all ages. 3 bedrooms plus loft – 2 bath (Sheets and towels provided for 3 queen, 2 twin). Hot tub, internet access, full size billiard table, forced air heat, wood fireplace, Satellite with 35" wide flat screen TV, VCR, DVD, stereo, CD, washer/dryer, gas BBQ, some deck furniture.
Beach House is the epitome of what a beach house should be. It is close to a beautiful beach - in this case Walk-on-Beach. This magnificent home has a large deck with a luxurious hot tub, bar-b-cue facilities, and glassed in seating with a view (but without the sea breeze). The home is large enough to hold your whole group and give everyone their space. Beach House was designed to handle seaside living by keeping the sand in its place (a tiled entry from the deck conveniently opens directly to a bathroom with a shower). A well appointed kitchen that can easily produce individual snacks as well as gourmet meals for the entire party is centrally located. There is a spacious dining table that will comfortably accommodate everybody in the gang and is easily accessed from the kitchen area. An enormous living room boasts comfortable seating, a large television set, a wood burning fireplace, and plenty of places to play games, read books, doze, meditate, or check email. A delightful open loft at one end of the great room is accessed by a circular stairway (kids frequently claim the loft and its "neat" stairway as their own special territory). The home has the ability to sleep six in three comfortable bedrooms and two more up in the loft for a total of eight. And the feature that is most often highlighted by guests is the full size pool table (with room enough to actually play the game as it should be played). There is even comfortable window seating for players and kibitzers. Laundry facilities include a washer and dryer. There is free worldwide telephone service and complimentary internet connectivity so keeping friends and family updated is pretty simple whether you tweet or not. Children of all ages are welcome and, based on numerous previous reports from guests, we are pretty sure that they will love Beach House as much as you will.
When it is time to go exploring, Walk-on-Beach is just a couple of minutes down the bluff top trail, One Eyed Jack's playground is nearby, and other beaches with shells, seals, sea birds, and tide pools are all within easy reach. The Del Mar Recreation Center with sauna, pool and tennis facilities is also close by. And for the truly adventurous there are more than fifty miles of trails in Sea Ranch for you to explore. (Don't forget the redwood forest high up on the eastern edge of the community.)
